Stereospecific free-radical addition of methyl methylphosphinate to alkenes: evidence for inversion of configuration at phosphorus

Abstract

Free-radical addition of menthyl methylphosphinate to alkenes and its free-radical reaction with dimethyl disulphide proceed probably with inversion and retention of configuration, respectively.
