Carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance studies of substituted amino-acid and ethylenediamine complexes of nickel(II) in aqueous solutions

Abstract

The contact shifts observed in the 13C n.m.r. spectra of a number of ethylenediamine and α-amino-acid complexes of NiII are reported, and suggested spin transfer mechanisms are discussed in light of these observations.
