Abstract

This paper describes a method of analyzing conductance measurements in aqueous solutions of 1 : 1 electrolytes which is much simpler than current methods. Its use is so straight-forward that there is no need of a computer. The discussion falls naturally into two parts : firstly the behaviour of electrolytes considered to be completely dissociated and secondly deviations from this behaviour of electrolytes which unambiguously exhibit slight association.
