An electron spin resonance study of the radicals formed on photolysis of m-dinitrobenzene

Abstract

The radicals formed on the u.v. photolysis of solutions of m-dinitrobenzene in 2-methoxyethanol have been studied by e.s.r. and their structures deduced by comparison of the nitrogen and proton hyperfine couplings with those of radicals of known structure.
