Co-ordination compounds of indium. Part VII. The stability of indium(III) nitrate complexes in aqueous solution

Abstract

Cation-exchange techniques have been used to study the complexing of indium(III) and nitrate ions in dilute acid solution, at a constant total ionic strength of 0·691M. The experimental values of K1= 1·50 and K2= 0·33 are compared with results for analogous systems.
