Steroid amines. Part IV. 3,17-Diaminoandrostane derivatives

Abstract

Many 3,17-diaminoandrostanes, most bearing tertiary amino groups, have been synthesised from 3,17-diketones or from 3-amino- and 17-amino-derivatives described in earlier Papers. Compounds prepared include all eight stereoisomers of 3,17-dipyrrolidin-1′-ylandrostane and their bismethiodides.
