Thin-layer chromatography of neutral drugs

Abstract

A two-way thin-layer system is described for the partial identification of neutral drugs, followed by elution and confirmation by a third RF value. RF values and standard deviations are tabulated, together with sensitivity of detection with ultraviolet light, and chlorine-starch-potassium iodide.
