Self-diffusion in binary non-electrolyte mixtures

Abstract

The self-diffusion coefficients of benzene and cyclohexane in the system benzene + cyclohexane at 25°C have been measured over the complete range of composition using a magnetically-stirred porous-diaphragm cell method. The results are discussed in terms of Bearman's theory of diffusion in binary regular solutions.
