Solvation spectra. Part 9.—Ionic association and the elctron spin resonance spectrum of durosemiquinone

Abstract

A brief discussion is given of the applicability of electron spin resonance spectroscopy to the study of ionic association. Electron spin resonance spectra of durosemiquinone ions associated with lithium, sodium and potassium ions are presented and from these spectra information concerning ionic association and dissociation rate constants is obtained.
