The high-resolution mass spectra of bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids. The structure of hayatin

Abstract

High-resolution mass spectra of a series of bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids have been recorded and analysed. The major routes by which these compounds fragment have been confirmed and the structure of hayatin has been re-examined on the basis of its mass spectrum.
