Reaction of N-chlorobistrifluoromethylamine with phosphorus trifluoride and difluoromonochloride yields the compounds (CF3)2NPF3Cl and (CF3)2NPF2Cl2. Hydrolysis of the latter yields (CF3)2NPF2O. The 19F n.m.r. spectra are recorded and discussed.
