Plasma-induced reconstruction of FeNi alloy nanoparticles on carbon nanotubes toward highly efficient OER
Abstract
The electrocatalytic performance of FeNi–CNTs toward the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is significantly enhanced after O2 plasma treatment. Comprehensive characterization reveals that the improved OER activity originates from the plasma-induced reduction in FeNi nanoalloy particle size and increased exposure of catalytically active sites.
