Abstract

In this response to the comments on our article “Li3Fe2(HPO3)3Cl: an electroactive iron phosphite as a new polyanionic cathode material for Li-ion battery” regarding reproduction of the electroactive compound, Li3Fe2(HPO3)3Cl, we demonstrated that the experiments are reproducible. We have also analysed the possible reasons for the failure of the reactions in the laboratory of Yu et al. and tried to answer some of the doubts and questions raised by the concerned authors.
