A family of zero dimensional tellurium(IV) iodide perovskite derivatives, which demonstrate the presence of polyiodides (I2 or I3−) strongly affects the bandgap of these materials.
A dicationic distibine stabilized by intramolecular π–π interaction and second-sphere coordination has been developed.
Fe(III) macrocyclic complexes with mixed oxygen donor pendants are studied as T1 MRI probes. Complexes with a phenolate pendant are among the most promising and produce pH dependent relaxivity profiles consistent with proton exchange pathways.
Four MOSs have been synthesized by the “second sphere” coordination method and structurally characterized in detail. The urease and nitrification inhibitory abilities of MOSs that can serve as dual-functional inhibitors are investigated.
A series of H-bond-rich iridium(III) complexes with different cyclometalating ligands bearing the general formula [Ir(C^N)2(N^N)] were synthesised. Their photophysical properties were elucidated along with properties imparted by their H-bond host–guest complement.
