Abstract

One-dimensional organometallic lead-iodide perovskite [Fc]PbI3 (Fc = ferrocenium) shows ferroelasticity with domain evolution at high temperature and a narrow band gap of 1.48 eV, demonstrating great application prospects in optoelectronic devices.
