The purpose of this study is to synthesize novel N,2,6-trisubstituted 1H-benzimidazole derivatives and evaluation of their antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer activities as well as to study their mechanism of action.
This study aimed to synthesize symmetrical phenylamino-s-triazine derivatives with one aromatic amine and two hexagonal saturated cyclic amines and evaluate their anticancer activity. The potential derivatives have been investigated in silico.
Fe3O4@SiO2@Mn-complex was successfully prepared and utilized in the synthesis of biologically active pyridopyrimidinones in an aqueous medium, providing environmentally friendly conditions.
New carbohydrate-based ionic liquids are characterized, towards their thermal stability, biocompatibility and antimicrobial behavior. The results led to structure–property relationships and higher cell viabilities than most commercial ionic liquids.
Efficient synthesis of a [18F]F-C-glycosyl dual imaging probe displaying a cyanine for fluorescence imaging (FLI) and a robust [18F]F–C bond for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging.
