Chemically and physically enhanced adhesion for robust interfaces in all-soft vertical organic photodetectors
Abstract
We report all-soft vertical organic photodetectors composed entirely of soft components. Specifically, chemically enhanced interfacial adhesion between layers in the device enables robust operation under mechanical deformation. Its excellent light-sensing capability and deformable features, combined with powerless operation, promise significant advancements in future optoelectronic applications.
