Efficient photocatalytic H2O2 production by ionized AIE conjugated polyelectrolytes
Abstract
Two water-dispersible, ionized AIE conjugated polyelectrolytes were designed to significantly enhance hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production, achieving 37- and 53-fold higher productivity, respectively, compared to their non-ionized forms. Notably, TPEQN+ achieved an impressive yield of 2.19 mmol g−1 h−1 without use of sacrificial agents.
