This themed collection is dedicated to highlighting the high impact and quality research published in Food & Function since 2015 on probiotics, prebiotics and gut health. If you work in this area, why not register to attend the International Scientific Conference on Probiotics and Prebiotics in Budapest, Hungary 19 - 22 June, 2017.
