Extraction and complexation studies with 2,6-bis(5-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine in the presence of 2-bromohexanoic acid

Extraction studies of An(III) and Ln(III) with C4-BPP showed an excellent separation factor of SFAm(III)/Eu(III) ≈ 200 due to [Eu(C4-BPP)2(2-bromohexanoate)m](3−m)+ (m = 1–3). In contrast, Cm(III) forms significantly more stable homoleptic complexes.

Rational construction of luminescent Eu-doped Y-MOF for ratiometric temperature sensing

A dual-emitter luminescent Eu-doped Y-MOF was successfully constructed by using a cation exchange strategy. As a self-calibrated thermometer, this Eu-doped MOF exhibits excellent fluorescence performance for wide-range temperature sensing.

BEDT-TTF radical-cation salts with tris(oxalato)chromate and guest additives

We present three new additions to the family β′′-(BEDT-TTF)4[(A)Cr(C2O4)3]·guest with the guest molecules toluene, phenol, or salicylaldehyde. These new guests are liquid or solid additives within the electrocrystallisation medium.

Novel supramolecular luminescent metallogels containing Tb(III) and Eu(III) ions with benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid gelator: advancing semiconductor applications in microelectronic devices

Supramolecular metallogels with Tb(III)- and Eu(III)-ions, formed using benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid, display remarkable stability at room temperature. They hold promise for use in electronics, notably as reliable ambient Schottky barrier diodes.
