Homogeneous in-plane WSe2 P–N junctions for advanced optoelectronic devices

Through selective plasma doping, the in situ construction of homogeneous lateral WSe2 P–N junctions within a single WSe2 flake is achieved. Our device shows an external quantum efficiency of ∼228% and a high photoresponsivity of ∼7.1 × 104 mA W−1.

In situ fabrication of MIL-68(In)@ZnIn2S4 heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen production

The type II heterojunction MIL-68(In)@ZIS with hierarchical loose structure is successfully synthesized by in-situ growth. The optimized photocatalyst shows an excellent photocatalytic performance of 9.09 mmol g−1 h−1 with great stability.
