In situ UV-Raman spectroscopy of the coking-caused deactivation mechanism over an Mo/HMCM-22 catalyst in methane dehydroaromatization

Abstract

Mo speciation and coking progress over the Mo/HMCM-22 catalysts were investigated via in situ UV-Raman spectroscopy in both MDA process and catalyst regeneration by O2. A new insight into the coking-caused deactivation mechanism in the MDA reaction is given in detail.
