Eco-footprint: a new tool for the “Made in Chimex” considered approach

Abstract

In order to assess the sustainability of Chimex processes, we developed a visualization tool called Eco-footprint which gathers 10 indicators allocated either to manufacturing or eco-design footprints. All parameters are described in this article and illustrated by the case studies of Pro-Xylane™ and Mexoryl® SX syntheses.
