Simple method for the fluorinated functionalization of graphene oxide

Abstract

Fluorinated graphene was reported and its outstanding properties and structure impressed everyone, but there was a lack of extensive preparation and application due to the use of expensive graphene and hazardous fluorinating agents. Now we have developed a simple, highly-effective, low-cost, and large-scale process for the preparation of monolayered FGO.
