Supramolecular chemistry

Abstract

The year 2012 has seen many significant advances in the field of supramolecular chemistry. This review is not a comprehensive treatment of the literature, and only selectively highlights a number of advances that have been made by various research groups. In line with previous articles from this series, the review is split into three broad sections including (i) molecular recognition, (ii) structure and assembly, and (iii) functional systems.
