Chiral crystallization by non-parallel face contacts on the basis of three-axially asymmetric twofold helices

Abstract

A chiral crystallization mechanism is proposed for crystals of achiral ammonium carboxylates on the basis of non-parallel face contacts between alkyl and naphthalene groups.
