Supramolecular assembling of the cationic complex (2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine)methylplatinum(ii) ion on α-helical poly(l-glutamic acid)

Abstract

The cationic organometallic platinum(II) complex ion [Pt(terpy)Me] + aggregates on α-helical poly(L-glutamic acid) through a multistep process leading to highly organised supramolecular assemblies.
