An e.s.r. study of the trimethyl phosphate radical cation–trichlorofluoromethane σ* complex and its dissociation

Abstract

The radical cation generated radiolytically at 77K in a trimethyl phosphate–CFCl3 solid solution is a σ complex which undergoes a hydrogen atom rearrangement upon thermal or photoinduced dissociation.
