Non-concerted unimolecular reactions of ions in the gas phase: isomerisation of weakly co-ordinated carbonium ions

Abstract

Mass spectral evidence is presented to show that the dissociations of some simple oxonium ions in the gas phase occur by relatively non-concerted pathways.
