Photoelectron spectra of some simple fluorosilanes

Abstract

The photoelectron spectra of SiF3H, SiF3X (X = C or Br), and SiF3Me excited by He(I) and He(II) radiation are described, with the He(I) spectrum of Si2F6; assignments of bands to molecular energy levels are based on comparison with the spectra of related compounds
