The determination of warfarin in animal relicta

Abstract

A method is described for the quantitative analysis of warfarin in animal relicta. Basically the method consists in the extraction of relicta, column clean-up of the extract, separation of the warfarin by thin-layer chromatography, elution from the layer and spectrophotometric assay at 305 mµ.
