Aggregation-Enhanced FRET-Active Conjugated Polymer Nanoparticles for Picric Acid Sensing in Aqueous Solution

Abstract

The conjugated polymer with aggregation-enhanced FRET activity has been used for fluorescence sensing of picric acid in aqueous solution. Well-dispersed nanoparicles were formed by this polymer in water, which exhibited strong orangish-red emission, low interference, and significant sensing ability with Ksv of 3.4 × 104 M-1.
