Ligand dependent assembly of trinuclear titanium-oxo units into coordination tetrahedra and capsules

Abstract

In the presence of phosphorous acid and by selecting different bridging ligands, trinuclear Ti33-O) units have been assembled into coordination cages with topologies such as {Ti6} clusters, {Ti9Cu} tetrahedrons and {Ti18} capsules.
