NiSe2/FeSe2 nanodendrite: A highly efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen evolution reaction

Abstract

We report the colloidal synthesis of NiSe2/FeSe2 catalyst with branched nanodendrite architecture. The Ni0.5Fe0.5Se2 exhibits superior catalytic activity towards OER with an overpotential of 235 mV at current density of 10 mA/cm2 in alkaline electrolyte owing to its unique 3D structure and synergistic effect between NiSe2 and FeSe2.
