Use of long-term stable CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots in phospho-silicate glass for highly efficient white LEDs

Abstract

We report the long-term stable, highly efficient CsPbBr3 QD in phospho-silicate glass, which was fabricated using a heat-treatment approach, for white light generation in optoelectronic devices. QD glasses exhibited better chemical and thermal stability, as well as significantly prolonging the lifetime of light emitters under ambient air conditions.
