Abstract

An enzyme-free and highly effective molecule converting strategy based on target-driven catalytic hairpin assembly and Mg2+-dependent DNAzyme recycling dual-amplification was proposed to construct an ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor for adenosine triphosphate (ATP) detection.
