A fluorescent probe for specific lysosomes imaging in cells

Abstract

Lyso−NA, a naphthalimide-based fluorescent probe is synthesized. M-DPT is found to possess high specificity to lysosome, superior photostability, and appreciable tolerance to microenvironmental changes. Thus, this probe is a highly suitable imaging agent for targeting lysosome.
