Exciplex fluorescence of {[Zn(bipy)1.5(NO3)2}]·CH3OH·0.5pyrene}n: a coordination polymer containing intercalated pyrene molecules (bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine)

Abstract

We report the first use of fluorescence spectroscopy to probe the environment of the cavities that are present in open framework coordination polymers.
