Enzymatic determination of α- and β-naphthols using peanut peroxidase

Abstract

Novel cationic peanut peroxidase has been used for developing a technique for the determination of α- and β-naphthols based on their differing effect towards enzyme activity in the o-dianisidine oxidation reaction.
