Solid state 31P n.m.r. spectroscopy of surface-attached triosmium clusters

Abstract

Whilst the 31P n.m.r. spectra of H2Os3(CO)10L′ and Os3(CO)11L′{L′= PPh2[CH2]2Si(OEt)3} bound to silica are consistent with simple immobilisation, that of materials reported to contain H2Os3(CO)9L′ are inconsistent with this structure.
