Use of new protecting groups in the synthesis of deoxyribo-oligonucleotides of defined sequence

Abstract

Four new easily removable phosphate-protecting groups containing aromatic rings have been exploited in combination with benzoylated DEAE-Cellulose in the synthesis of deoxyribo-oligonucleotides of defined sequence.
