Enthalpy and entropy differences between the forms of simple heterocyclic aldehydes in carbon tetrachloride solution

Abstract

The enthalpy and entropy changes for the internal rotation of furan- and thiophen-2-aldehydes, and for the dimerisation of pyrrole-2-aldehyde have been determined.
