Facile in situ hydrothermal synthesis of Fe3O4@MIL-101 composites for removing textile dyes

Abstract

A facile hydrothermal method for the preparation of Fe3O4@MIL-101 composites has been developed. The as-prepared Fe3O4@MIL-101 composites exhibit excellent sorption properties and superparamagnetism and can function as versatile adsorbents for the rapid removal of various textile dyes from aqueous solutions.
