A convenient method for the preparation of amides and esters of di-n-alkylphosphinic acids

Abstract

Amides and esters of di-n-alkylphosphinic acids are readily prepared from di-n-alkylphosphine oxides by reaction with bromine followed by primary amines or alcohols, respectively.
