129Xe nuclear magnetic resonance study of faujasite zeolites of varying aluminium content

Abstract

The chemical shift of 129Xe NMR at low xenon coverage, δs, has been found to decrease linearly with decreasing framework Al content in faujasite zeolites, prepared by direct synthesis under hydrothermal conditions or by (NH4)2SiF6 de-alumination of Y zeolite.
