Cobalt-imbedded zeolitecatalyst for direct syntheses of gasoline via Fischer–Tropsch synthesis

Abstract

Imbedment of cobalt particles into a zeolite crystal was developed using conventional Co/SiO2 as the precursor of the zeolite via simple hydrothermal method. The obtained cobalt-imbedded zeolite catalyst with imbedded structure and confined reaction environment showed a remarkable catalytic performance for the direct formation of gasoline-range hydrocarbons in the Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.
