Reversal and pinning of Curie point transformations in thin film piezoelectrics

Abstract

The Curie point for a rhombohedral piezoelectric thin film was established by in situmicro-Raman spectroscopy. The hysteresis in phase reversal and specific thermal conditions for disrupting such reversal were determined.
