In situ controlled growth of ZnIn2S4nanosheets on reduced graphene oxide for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen production performance

Abstract

A reduced graphene oxide (RGO)–ZnIn2S4 nanosheet composite was successfully synthesized via an in situ controlled growth process. The as-obtained RGO–ZnIn2S4 composite showed excellent visible light H2 production activity in the absence of noble metal cocatalysts.
