A paramagnetic microspheres based automation-friendly rapid chemiluminescent immunoassay method for sensitive detection of chicken interferon-γ

Abstract

We describe an automation-friendly chemiluminescent immunoassay method for sensitive and rapid determination of chicken interferon-γ at the sub-picogram per millilitre level based on the monoclonal antibody immobilized paramagnetic microspheres and flow-through system.
