(BEDT-TTF)3Cu2(C2O4)3(CH3OH)2: an organic–inorganic hybrid antiferromagnetic semiconductor

Abstract

An organic–inorganic hybrid combining a semiconducting BEDT-TTF layer and a Jahn–Teller distorted oxalato-bridged honeycomb antiferromagnetic layer [Cu2(C2O4)32−]n was obtained and characterized.
